Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Tarbiyah Institute handles subscription cancellations and refund requests. It is a practical guideline for students and is not formal legal counsel.

Subscription Cancellation

You may request cancellation from your student dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation typically stops future renewals. Access usually continues until the end of the already paid period unless your plan states otherwise.

Free Trials

Free trials do not require payment when payment method collection is disabled. Once a trial has been used on an account, another free trial is not available.

Refund Requests

Refund eligibility depends on the payment method, timing, and whether course access has already been substantially used. Submit refund requests through the Contact page with your transaction reference and registered email. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.

Course Purchases

Individual course enrollments are generally non-transferable. If a technical issue prevented access after payment, contact support so we can restore access or review a refund case.
